About me

I was always deeply curious person who wanted to feel successful. I was attracted to a concept of a good life and felt that my true work lies in assisting others in some way. Little did I know, that life will have to challenge me big time to bring my gifts forward.

I got a degree in philosophy, and later studied comparative education. That taught me critical thinking and expanded my understanding about knowledge vs wisdom. I travelled the world and lived in different countries, got certified as a yoga teacher and later became a Buddhist practitioner. But let me tell you honesty, what really was my biggest teacher…

In my late twenties, totally out of the blue, serious health issues started to show up – extreme tiredness, multiple digestive issues, anxiety, and sleep disturbances, to name just a few. It was frustrating, extremely stressful, and scary. My life was calling out to me to explore things on a deeper level, and driven by a sense of misery I kept looking for answers.

Through years of self-exploration and the study of various diets and lifestyle factors, I’ve learned that so much of my health and well-being depends on my ability to stick to supportive habits. I discovered that often my sense of success was directly correlated with my attitude and inner self-talk. It led me to study mindfulness and Tibetan Buddhist practices that, in time, confirmed to me an unquestionable connection between body and mind, stress and potential insight. These discoveries have helped me to uncover my true passion in life – to expand my awareness and wisdom, as well as support others in doing the same.

In time, with the help of a Functional Medicine practitioner, I discovered that my body has a severe overload of mycotoxins. This turned out to be the root cause of my mysterious chronic illness. Sadly, many suffer from this condition without knowing about it. To put it bluntly, mycotoxin-induced illness is a truly challenging condition to heal, and requires a lot of patience, mental strength, and resilience. Despite this, but also driven by it, I followed my calling to support others on their paths towards greater resilience. My vitality started to return and in 2020 I was certified as a health and well-being coach.

Today I am proud of my story and even grateful to my illness, because it made me exactly who I am today. It enabled me to be so much more compassionate and aware of the struggles of others, and indirectly equipped me with so many resources to be more resilient, and a stronger human being, coach, friend and a partner.
