The framework of health and well-being coaching

Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity” – definition of health by World health Organisation since 1948.

In my style of coaching, I approach health and well-being holistically. The true & sustainable health happens when all 8 dimensions of well-being (physical, emotional, and mental health, as well as financial, occupational, social, environmental & spiritual well-being) function in alignment & coherence, thus supporting each other. However, I am aware that such atonement rarely takes place in a real life.

That being said, I am convinced that we can continue to come closer to aligning with our true health. The holistic health is not an ultimate attainment to have, but rather an experience of life. The closer one comes to the coherence of all 8 areas of well-being, the more vitally and vividly one experiences life in general. This way the wisdom can be revealed, and state of flow happens effortlessly.

To facilitate such vitality, gain more profound insights about life, and cultivate deeper connection with oneself and others, I employ the mind-body-presence approach I’ve developed in my practice. Each element of this triad can be worked on separately, but is best explored in connection with one another, while applied to a relevant area(s) of one’s well-being. Once this process has been experienced in relation to one area of the wellbeing, the generated wisdom inevitably extrapolates into other areas, and positively impacts one’s life holistically.
