Hi, I am Alyona. I am a health and well-being coach, philosopher, and Buddhist practitioner. My true passion is to help people successfully manage an overload of stress, which is so prevalent in our fast-paced and materialistically driven culture. 
 
After having lived in four different countries, suffered from and learned to manage a chronic illness, gone through several radical career shifts, toxic relationships, and spiritual crises, I have learned a great deal about stress in practice. 
 
Today I am certain that, when approached open-mindedly and courageously, stress can become an opportunity and the very key to unlock greater resilience and satisfaction in life.

This is why I teach efficient stress management techniques in a personally-tailored coaching. In each session, I help you to arrive to an insight that you need to stick to supportive, sustainable, and productive daily habits. Over time, this will result in greater resilience, more meaning and less stress in your life.

Cultivating your lifestyle in such manner will inevitably lead to more vitality & productivity, deeper connection with oneself and others, as well as generate more wisdom & greater appreciation of life.
